Interested in TNR?

We partner with a trusted national organization that provides high‑quality Trap‑Neuter‑Return (TNR) training.

Their online workshop covers:

  • What TNR is and why it works
  • Best practices for trapping and colony care
  • How to communicate with neighbors
  • How to prepare for trapping and handle common challenges

After the workshop, you’ll take a short quiz and receive a certificate.

If you’re new to TNR: Complete the online training, apply to become a trapper, upload your certificate with your application, and we’ll email you instructions on scheduling.

If you already have a certificate: Apply to become a certified trapper an attach certificate.

If you've already applied and need to send us your certificate: You can email your certificate directly to cespayneuter@gmail.com.

Certified Trapper Benefits

• We cover the cost of spay/neuter for feral cats you trap

• We cover the cost of a rabies vaccine for feral cats you trap

• All feral cats will receive an ear tip and tattoo to show they’ve been sterilized

• You can borrow humane traps directly from our organization

To receive services, all feral cats must be transported in covered cat traps. Transporting feral cats in any other manner is against program policy, and failure to comply will result in the trapper being financially responsible for all associated costs.

Upcoming Online Workshop dates:

August 29, 2:00pm-4:45pm

October 3, 2:00pm-4:45pm

November 7, 2:00pm-4:45pm
