CE Animal Rescue is a volunteer based organization. We operate in the Antelope Valley where our local county run shelters take in 5 times more dogs than all the LA county shelters combined. We are surrounded by rural desert and our abandoned and lost dog and cat population is extremely high.

Community Effort Animal Rescue is excited to announce our partnership with the City of Palmdale to offer the incorporated residents of Palmdale a low-cost spay and neuter program. We are thrilled to offer this resource Thanks to Measure AV. It's a step in the right direction to help reduce the number of unwanted pets in our city and offer assistance to pet families in need. We proudly support the Trap, Neuter and Release community and will be extending this program to the feral cat community in Palmdale as well.

Angels to Angels has joinEd our coalition, strengthening our efforts to address the growing issue of stray dogs and cats in the region. With large packs of dogs breeding dozens of unwanted puppies and countless domesticated and feral cats left forgotten in the desert, this collaboration aims to reduce overpopulation and give every animal a better chance at a safe and loving in the Antelope Valley.
