Community Effort Animal Rescue is excited to announce our partnership with the City of Palmdale to offer the incorporated residents of Palmdale a low-cost spay and neuter program for cats and dogs. We are thrilled to offer this resource thanks to Measure AV to help reduce the number of unwanted pets in our city and offer sterilization services to pet families in need. We proudly support Trap, Neuter and Release (TNR) and will be extending this program to the feral cat community in Palmdale as well.

The Angels for Angels Foundation, a 501(c)3 non profit public charity, has joined our coalition to strengthen our efforts and provide spay neuter services 

to every family who needs assistance 

in the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas (excluding the City of Palmdale.)  Together, we believe providing low cost 

services to every Antelope Valley pet 

will reduce the amount of accidental litters and growing feral cat colonies 

and gives every animal a better chance at a happy and healthy life.

In partnership with the City of Palmdale and the Angels for Angels Foundation, we are thrilled to join forces with the hardworking trappers of the Antelope Valley to help reduce the number of feral cats with FREE spay and neuter services.
