CITY OF PALMDALE SPAY NEUTER PROGRAM

We are thrilled to offer this resource thanks to Measure AV 

to help reduce the number of unwanted pets in our city and 

offer sterilization services to pet families in need.

• Affordable, Easy To Access Services: Spay and neuter procedures at reduced costs for local pet owners.
• Community Impact: Helping control stray populations and improve shelter outcomes by reducing intake and increasing return-to-owner rates.
• Veterinary Partnership: Collaborating with local vets to offer professional, high-quality services.

• For residents of the incorporated City of Palmdale in zip codes 93550, 93551 and 93552
• Proof of Residency required (a government issued ID and a copy of a recent utility bill)
• Proof of Pet Ownership (example: recent vet invoice or a vaccine record with owner and pet name)
• Pets must be at least 4 months of age and up to date on rabies vaccine.  (Note: Vaccines are available day of surgery, if needed, at pet parent's expense.)

• Cat Spay or Neuter Cat $50.00
• Dog Spay or Neuter $100.00
• Includes surgical procedure
• Take-home pain meds and an e-collar (cone) are also included with additional funding by the Angels for Angels Foundation.
• Please note a deposit will be required to secure your appointment which is applied to your final procedure cost.
• Pets must be a minimum of 4 months of age and up to date on their rabies vaccine. (Note: Vaccines are available day of surgery, if needed, at pet parent's expense.)
• We encourage you to discuss any medical issues or concerns ahead of time with the veterinarian.
